Regenerate surrounded by greenery

Cà Pelliciano is at the center of a land dedicated to outdoor sports. Paradise for cycling enthusiasts with routes suitable for every preparation for both road and mountain bikes. Not by chance we are in the area where one of the most famous amateur cycling race takes place, the "Nove Colli", whose point of departure and arrival is in the nearby Cesenatico. Strategic starting point for excursions and sports activities, surrounded by nature, from the beaches to the hill and back.

We are in the area that gave birth to the very champion Marco Pantani, where the "Pirate" built his greatest successes by climbing the most famous climbs in Romagna just a few kilometers from the estate. Gentle climbs typical of hilly areas, arduous climbs that at times recall alpine routes, long flat stretches that only coastal areas can offer. The true paradise for those who love two wheels, all two rides from Cà Pelliciano.
It is no coincidence that we are in the area where one of the most famous amateur cycling race in the world takes place, the "Nove Colli", whose point of departure and arrival is in nearby Cesenatico and whose route winds through the hills and valleys of the Rubicone, Uso and Marecchia.
Cà Pelliciano is far from the paved road, at the end of a dirt road only frequented by passionate hikers, and by the few farmers who cultivate the surrounding fields with passion, dedication and wisdom, mainly orchards, vineyards and olive groves. Ideal terrain for horseback excursions, in the center of an estate owned, a strategic starting point for small and large walks in absolute silence.
La Longiano (Lunzèn in the local dialet) can be reached with a walk through narrow paths and dirt roads, in absolute silence, immersed in the countryside. Ideal location to regenerate away from city stress and ... to get lost in the green.
"... oh! were I with you; and get lost in the green,
and from among the elms, nest to the jays,
throw at us the scream that is lost far away
inside the idle meridian of the farmyard ... "(La Romagna by Giovanni Pascoli)
